When we founded the Shivalik Children Science Foundation on November 15, 2021, we started with a simple yet powerful belief: science should not be confined to textbooks. It is not just a subject to pass in exams; it is a way of thinking, questioning, and looking at the world.

As the Founder and President, nothing fulfills me more than seeing the spark in a child's eyes when they build a science model with their own hands, gaze through a telescope for the first time, or write their very first line of code. That curiosity is where the future begins.

For me, Shivalik Children's Science Foundation represents a commitment to creating opportunities where they are needed the most. I have always believed that every child possesses natural curiosity, creativity, and the ability to achieve remarkable things when provided with the right guidance and environment.

The inspiration behind this mission comes from observing children who are eager to learn, ask questions, and dream big despite facing various challenges. Their determination reminds us that talent exists everywhere, but access to quality learning opportunities does not. This realization motivates us to work towards making science and education more accessible, engaging, and meaningful.

Whenever I visit schools and interact with students, I notice one common thing—many children are curious and eager to learn, but they often don't get enough opportunities to experience science beyond their textbooks. They learn formulas, definitions, and theories, but very few get the chance to perform experiments, ask questions freely, or see how science actually works in real life.

This observation became one of the main reasons behind the work we do at the Shivalik Children Science Foundation. Our foundation was created with the belief that every child deserves access to practical and engaging science education, whether they study in a city school or a small rural school. We want children to understand that science is not just a subject to pass examinations; it is a way of thinking, exploring, and solving problems.
